About group: I've been training small group worship leaders for over 30 years now. This might also help us get more volunteers to join the Sunday worship team. It's not about being a great musician, it's about guiding people to the gates of heaven. I'm not necessarily teaching them how to play an instrument, but rather how to worship God and lead others to worship God. God has been calling me to this ministry for a long time.
